The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, right in the center of Big White village. Everything was super close and easily accessible, making it really convenient for us. We loved being in the middle of all the action and having everything right at our fingertips. It was great to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and bars without any hassle. We definitely plan on coming back to this hotel because of its fabulous location in the heart of the village.
One downside we experienced was the lack of a TV in the bedroom. It would have been nice to have a TV upstairs so that we could watch it while we relaxed in bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this chateau nestled in the heart of the village. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby, yet it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the parking was ample, and we never had trouble finding a spot. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village. We loved being able to walk across the street to the small market for any necessities we needed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and attentive to our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe, and free toiletries provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, and we appreciated having an electric kettle for our convenience. The television and telephone in the room added to our comfort during our stay.

Amazing ski-in and ski-out location, right in the heart of the village. The loft rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including heated bathroom floors. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The rooms are a bit basic, but all the necessary amenities are provided. The kitchenette could use a dishwasher but it was not a deal breaker.

Some of the rooms can feel cramped for more than two people, and the lack of suitable eating areas can be inconvenient. the older decor and furnishings may not be to everyone's taste.
